TOTAL ENTERTAINMENT FAQ's

Q: What time do you arrive at my reception?
Depending on the venue we would normally set up after your meal at the same time as band and make sure everything is in proper order for the night. In this case we would then arrive back approx 45mins before we begin, which is usually 12am. In some cases where travel is involved we would ask the Bride & Groom to arrange with the venue manager to have an area cleared for us to set up. In this case we would arrive 90mins before start time. It is very important that this arrangement is in place, as it has happened in the past that this was not the case and has caused some problems. We would also require you to make clear with the hotel management the finish time for your entertainment, as some hotels can make decisions on this at very short notice.
Q: Will you play requests for my guests or songs we bring with us?
Yes. We have one of the finest music libraries, consisting of music from the 60's right through the current hits of today, so we are sure to have something to suit everyone. If one of your guests would like to make a special request we would be more than happy to oblige. If you have a special song in mind or you require any particular music at your wedding, simply let us know beforehand and we will endevour to have it with us on the night. It is your wedding after all...
Q: Do you bring back-up equipment?
Yes, we bring a back up amps, speakers and music, if the need should arise.
Q: What happens if one of you are ill?
In the highly unlikely event that such a case should arise, we have a number of DJ's who we can call upon who we deem highly reliable and suitable and would highly recommend! So don't worry, you will not be left without a DJ at your reception.
Q: How much do you charge for a Wedding?
All weddings located in Co. Mayo are priced at €350.00. For weddings outside this area some extra costs are involved.
